I showed you the fabric I was using for this blog-land project.  Well, it is the Rockin Robin quilt-along, in case you missed the big announcement.  For my quilt, I wanted it to read “boy” so I used two different background solids, a light blue and a very pale grey.  Then I plan to use random bits of one of 4 pieces of this Kaffe Fasset fabric.  I have had these 4 one yard pieces for about 3 years.  I have no idea what I’m waiting to use them on, so I might as well start chopping into them, right?  The solid dark blue was a “just in case” fabric.  I used it some how to pull the whole quilt together.  You’ll see the progress here and on flickr.
